Exchange / Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition, unworn with all tags attached and within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. This is indicated in the product description contained on the website www.karmaclothing.co.uk

How to Make a Return:

  • Please return your item with the invoice you receive with your order.
  • The item must be repacked, along with the returns form/ invoice in the same condition as it was received.
  • Return to the address detailed on the Invoice
  • We recommend using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery so your parcel is insured and can be tracked. Karma Clothing cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel whilst in transit.
  • Karma Clothing does not cover the cost of returning the item

Refunds:

  • If the item meets all our requirements (unworn, odour free with all tags attached) a refund will be processed no later than 14 days from the date we have received your returned goods
  • Karma Clothing will not refund the cost of the original delivery fee
  • If the item is faulty please email us on customercare@karmaclothing.co.uk for a pre paid returns label. One received, we will resolve the issue. If we do not receive a pre paid label request from you via email, we will not be able to reimburse you for return postage.

Exchanges:

  • Please include the invoice you receive with your order, stating which item (s) you wish to exchange and what for on the invoice.
  • Please post the invoice along with the items you wish to exchange.
  • The item must be repacked, along with the returns form or invoice in the same condition as it was received.
  • Return to the address detailed on your sales invoice
  • We recommend using Royal Mail Recorded so your parcel is insured and can be tracked. Karma Clothing cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel whilst in transit.
  • Karma Clothing does not cover the cost of returning the item
  • We only offer an exchange of the same product in a different size or colour.
  • Exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed.
  • Once an exchange has been approved it will be sent out to you free of charge only once. (This only applies to UK-mainland orders, outside of UK will incur a cost.)
  • If we are unable to exchange the item we will email you with an explanation and offer a full refund minus the original shipping charge to you
  • Please note you may only make an exchange on the same item once.
